    Ingredients

The oven will be hot, take standard safety measures and be careful.

If you are in a situation where sharp objects are inappropriate the knife isn’t necessary. Used only for cutting the dough into a dozen rolls. It is fine to tear by hand but can be more difficult to get equal sizes but shouldn’t hamper flavor or results otherwise.

    Ingredients

    Ingredient
    Quantity
    Butter

    3 Tbsp

    Flour

    1/4 Cup

    Water (or milk)

    1/4 Cup

    Sugar

    4 Tbsp

    Cocoa Powder

    2 Tbsp

    Vanilla Extract

    Just a Splash

    Instructions:

Start by beating the eggs in a mixing bowl and warming up the milk in a small pot on the stove, don’t let it boil. Once warm add in yeast until dissolved. Pour the milk into

your mixing bowl and add sugar, salt, flour, orange juice and vanilla extract. Melt the butter and add into the mix last.

Mix ingredients and beat thoroughly, until smooth. Remove from bowl and place on a floured surface. Knead for about 5-8 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Cut into 12 evenly sized rolls and place in a 9×12 baking sheet.

Tear off a sheet of plastic wrap and spray with the oil. Cover tray with wrap and place tray in a warm place. Steaming is best but a spot in direct sun or an over set very low should work. Allow to rise for an hour. Preheat oven to 375.

Remove plastic wrap and place baking sheet with rolls in the over. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Once done, remove from oven and place buns on a wire rack for cooling. Enjoy!
